However you have to register and registration is limited to 100 people. 

Please read the instructions carefully before registrating: 

1) CLICK HERE for the current program. PLEASE note that there may be changes to the program. 

2) Because we have parallel sessions, we need to run two connections. Thus, below you will find the two sets of connections (GROUP A and GROUP). GROUP A  contains all the Keynote talks and all the talks in Session  1. GROUP B contains all the talks in Session  2. In each group, you will find a link for each day of the conference. You must register for the GROUP and DAY of the talk you want to hear. YOU can register for as many GROUP-DAY links you want.  

PLEASE NOTE: If you want to see multiple talks in the same GROUP- DAY, you only need to register once for that GROUP-DAY. 

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. You need to download a small program that will work for all the links. Once you have loaded this program, you only need click the link sent to after registering for the GROUP-DAY you are interested in. 

THERE IS NO LIMITE TO THE NUMBER OF SESSIONS YOU CAN REGISTER FOR. YOU ARE FREE TO WATCH ALL OF THEM.

  • We are requesting 90$ Canadian for Faculty and 35$ Canadian for students/unwaged to help defray the cost of breaks and lunches. We can accept cash and Canadian cheques at registration. Registration will take place in main hall of Darryl J. King Student Life Centre.

Viarail (Train)

  • the train station is located at the south end of London and there is both public transit from there to both the hotel and King’s. There are also always taxis available.

Greyhound (Bus)
